TradeDee is a trading journal app that helps users record trades, manage risk plans, review setups, and analyze their own trading discipline. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
Information We Collect
- Account information, such as your email address and user identifier.
- Journal content you create, including trade notes, setup details, risk plans, lessons, and related records.
- Images you upload, such as chart screenshots attached to your trades.
- Subscription and purchase status used to unlock TradeDee Pro features.
- Basic technical information needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the app.
How We Use Information
- To provide the journal, setup, image attachment, and review features in the app.
- To sync your data across devices when you sign in.
- To verify subscription status and manage access to Pro features.
- To respond to support requests and improve app reliability.
- To protect the service from abuse, security issues, or unauthorized access.
Subscriptions and Purchases
TradeDee uses Apple In-App Purchase, Google Play Billing, and RevenueCat to process and verify subscription status. We do not receive your full payment card details. Subscription management and cancellation are handled through the store account used for your purchase.
Data Storage and Service Providers
TradeDee uses trusted service providers, including Supabase for account, database, and storage services, and RevenueCat for subscription entitlement management. These providers process data only as needed to operate the app.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited data with service providers when required to provide app functionality, comply with law, protect the service, or respond to your requests.
Data Retention
We keep your account and journal data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting support.
Account Deletion
You can request account deletion from within TradeDee or by emailing jenthumlove@gmail.com. After a deletion request is verified, we will delete or anonymize your account data unless retention is required for legal, security, or legitimate operational reasons.
Financial Disclaimer
TradeDee is a journal and personal review tool. It does not provide investment advice, trading signals, brokerage services, or guaranteed investment returns. Trading and investing involve risk, and users are responsible for their own decisions.
Children
TradeDee is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
